I think it will be cool to have a scrolling banner to apply to a website. Is there a feature of this already?

Although we don’t have a suitable widget to help you with placing a scrolling banner, we will try our best to think about such a widget in the future 
We cannot promise that it will be released pretty much soon, but if this request gets a lot of votes, we’ll try to give it a go
