Firstly, I want to sincerely congratulate you on the recent updates – they are impressive.
However, the most crucial update we are anticipating is the refresh rate of feedback on our website. We need the refresh rate to be at most 24 hours, not 4 days as it currently stands. This long delay is very problematic and causes customers to lose trust in our companys.
Please consider implementing this change to maintain confidence and ensure that our site reflects the most current feedback promptly.
