Add an option in the backend where you can see a list of all your reviews and:

  • Allow to filter by platform/channel
  • Add a toggle to each review so you can disable individual reviews from showing
  • Add a link that brings you to the review platform where you can reply to the review

We would also love the ability to report/filter on all reviews, and moderate/disable particular reviews to affect ALL widgets (eg. spam reviews that got imported before they were removed, common on Facebook).
I would also like to add:

  • Ability to export reviews to csv for our own local analysis (word/phrase cloud creation, AI sentiment analysis/summary etc)
