I plan on reusing poll widget indefinitely and would need the results cleared out cyclically.

It would be practical to give the option to restart the poll completely. This would be helpful, for example, if you want to change something in the poll or start a new poll directly. This way you wouldn’t have to worry about integrating it into the website again, but could start a new poll directly from the same place. That would be very helpful.
