We’ve checked the widget and see that the changes haven’t been saved.
You need to connect the widget to Google Sheets and a new sheet should be created in Google. After that, you need to publish these changes. Could you please follow these steps and let me know once it’s done?
@Shawn_Martin You don’t need to create a new widget. You should follow all the steps for the widget installed on this page. After you connect your widget to Google Sheets and a new sheet is created, do not forget to publish changes.
The steps mentioned in my previous messages won’t fix the issue right away, but they will help our devs apply a temporary fix, while they are working on the global solution.
Thus, to fix the issue, it’s important to reconnect the widget to Google Sheet and save changes.
There must be an issue on your end because I have done the same thing I did to connect them before all this began. I have saved & published. Don’t know what else to do?
