We’ve checked the widget and see that the changes haven’t been saved.
You need to connect the widget to Google Sheets and a new sheet should be created in Google. After that, you need to publish these changes. Could you please follow these steps and let me know once it’s done?

I created a brand new widget and followed the steps to integrate with Google Sheets and the same thing happens. Not sure what else I can do?

@Shawn_Martin You don’t need to create a new widget. You should follow all the steps for the widget installed on this page. After you connect your widget to Google Sheets and a new sheet is created, do not forget to publish changes.
Please let me know if this explains things 
Yes, I did use the same widget as well as creating a new widget to see if that did anything different and it is still doing the same thing.

The steps mentioned in my previous messages won’t fix the issue right away, but they will help our devs apply a temporary fix, while they are working on the global solution.
Thus, to fix the issue, it’s important to reconnect the widget to Google Sheet and save changes.

There must be an issue on your end because I have done the same thing I did to connect them before all this began. I have saved & published. Don’t know what else to do?

@Shawn_Martin Unfortunately, I didn’t quite understand what Sheets set up you mean. Could you please elaborate on it? A screenshot of what you mean would be highly appreciated!
The integration is working on forms that I already had set up with Google Sheets just required me to save and then it shows that it’s connected.
For any forms that I haven’t already connected to prior to this issue or new forms I have created results in the connection failing like before.

Also, when you previously tried to connect the widget to Google Sheets, did you use a mobile version or desktop?
Not sure which widget this is for but I tried to connect a sheet to the Waldheim Resort form and it’s doing the same thing. Not connecting.
