Support ignores me…

Is there any chance to contact a capable employee? I made a mistake in the package and requested a refund. I was offered a much more expensive counter offer within seconds and since I have requested a refund I have been completely ignored. Rarely experienced something so unprofessionelves.

Hi Peter, and sorry for your frustration. The staff here is actually pretty good at taking care of their customers, so I can only assume there was a snag somewhere. Hang in there, I’m sure you’ll be taken care of soon.
