Popup: incorrect handling of the excluded/specific page links fixed

We’ve fixed the incorrect handling of the links to excluded/specific pages in our Popup app :hammer_and_wrench:

Previously, https and www parts of the links were ignored, but now everything is working fine :slightly_smiling_face:
