A pop-up player would solve a whole lot of issues. That window would remain open as the website is navigated through.

I see that you’re using a Floating layout for your widget, which shouldn’t be closed when navigating through the website pages.
If it works differently on your end, could you please send me a link to the page where your widget is installed. I’ll be happy to check things
