Can we have a way to make a job featured - an option that would make the posting have a bold border and/or increase the font size or tweak the colors or boldness of job posting fields. Also be able to pin to the top (which is already on this wish list somewhere else)

Nice idea, thanks for sharing! If this idea gains more support from other users, we’ll try to think about it in the future.
As for now, I’d be happy to check with the devs if we have a custom solution for you. Could you just send me a link to the page, where your widget is installed or just its ID and specify which job should be featured?
