Titles and descriptions on photos should have a text alignment option so you can make sure the result of what your presenting looks right. My text in this example should be centered but I cant’t.
And maybe a crop or repositioning of photo in gallery grid so the photo look right as well

You can align the text to the center using this code in the Custom CSS field on the Style tab of your widget’s settings:
.eapp-photo-gallery-info-title {
text-align: center;
}
As for the photo cropping, would you like to keep the current shape or maybe they should be more rounded?
Should be more rounded, but I think I figured it out by the ratio settings
