Unfortunately, both features are not supported in our app. I’ve added an idea about paid access to the files to the Wishlist on your behalf - Pay to access files
And the request for the email collection to see the docs is already on the Wishlist. You can upvote it here - Popup to collect website visitor email address before they can download a freebie (pdf document)
