Please I would LOVE to be able to create a contact form and have ability to add Paypal to the form so people can make donations along with the form and also, make multiple selections within the form the caculate and total those up and send all payments to a specified Paypal account.

Paypal Integration to Form Builder (Mpesa and Mastercard would be great too)
