Clients can request to “connect now” / “chat now” / “call now” with you for a virtual meeting in real time / set availabilty to offline /online or available/unavailable (as opposed to booking for a later time)

Do I get it right that users should choose how to connect offline/online? Or do you mean it should be an option for you to set the relevant status (online/offline).
What should happen after clicking on the chat now/connect buttons: the real agent should be connected to answer the client’s questions, or you’d like to redirect users to a specific messenger (like our All-in-One Chat does)?
