We are needing to put accessibility ALT text for the slider images

Actually, you can add alt texts to images if you add through the Slide Builder option. Here is an article explaining how to set it up - Image Upload Guidelines for Your Slider Widget - Elfsight Help Center
However, the background images, which are purely visual, do not require Alt Tags. I’ve checked your widget and see that you’re using the Image Slide option, where the images are used as a background. That’s why the Alt Text option isn’t available there.
Thus, if you’d like to add your own image alt text, the only solution is to create slides through the Slide Builder option.
