Multiple sources within 1 widget

Hi there, @cooprativa_Agencia and welcome aboard

We already have this request on the Wishlist and I’ve added your comment there too. Many thanks for the feedback!

As a workaround, you can try using our All-in-One Reviews app where you can add multiple Google sources within a widget :slightly_smiling_face:

It would be nice if we can add multiple listing on a review widget. example, 1 customer with 3 different locations reviews.

It would be extremely valuable to combine two or more locations in a single Google Review widget, as it would allow us to showcase all customer feedback in one place, providing a more comprehensive and impactful representation about the brand reputation.

The good news is that you can add multiple Google source using our All-in-One Reviews app. Feel free to check it out :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello! It would be extremely useful to be able to combine more than one location in a single Google Review widget. I need to be able to show the reviews for all my locations in a single widget, since my business is made up of all the locations and not just one. I get there is a workaround using the All-in-One Reviews widget but it’s twice the price and also I think it’s more for when you need to fetch reviews from different sources as in platforms rather than from different sources as in locations. In my case I only need to fetch reviews from Google so it doesn’t make sense to use the All-in-One Reviews widget and it would be really helpful to be able to fetch reviews from various locations in a single widget. Would also be good to be able to display from which location comes each review. Please Elfsight team, consider this request. Thanks!!!

I completely get your use case and agree that it would be great to add multiple sources within 1 widget. Hopefully the devs will be able to consider this opportunity, and we’ll update you here if any news comes up :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks again for taking time to share your thoughts with us!

I adore the Review Widget, however I think adding multiple sources would be a fantastic improvement!

My agency has multiple locations, so our Google Reviews are stretched across four different offices! It would be lovely to add multiple sources, and pull all of our Reviews across all offices, instead of just one!

As a temporary solution, you can use our All-in-One Reviews app, where it’s possible to add multiple sources within 1 widget :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello, we would also really appreciate the ability to combine multiple google places into one google reviews widget (we would need to this to support the ability to pass multiple place id to the widget to dynamically choose which places are displayed). I’m a bit confused by your temporary solution; are you saying I could combine mutliple google places into one All-in-One-Reviews widget? If I did this, what would I lose from a capability perspective? Does the all All-in-One-Reviews support dynamic sources?

Hi there, @Micah_Markman and welcome to the Community :waving_hand:

The dynamic reviews feature lets you use a single widget with the flexibility to specify different sources depending on the webpage where it is placed.

This request, however, is focused on adding multiple review sources to one widget without the ability to change them depending on the page. In this case, the same sources would be displayed across all pages.

While our Google Reviews widget allows only one source per widget, we recommend using the All-in-One Reviews widget, which supports multiple sources within a single widget.

The dynamic reviews feature you mentioned is available for both the Google Reviews and All-in-One Reviews widgets, but it is exclusive to our Enterprise customers.

If you’d like more details, feel free to reach out to the Elfsight Support Team, and our Enterprise manager will be happy to assist! :slightly_smiling_face:

We have one website for all our locations, but currently we are only able to show the reviews of one location at a time. I’d love to be able to pull new reviews from all our locations to have in one carousel on our home page.
