Hello, could I also request a transfer of widgets?

Sure, I’ll be delighted to help you :slightly_smiling_face: To transfer your widgets to another account, we need the following details:

  • email address of the Elfsight account you’d like to transfer the widget from
  • email address of the Elfsight account you’d like to transfer the widget to
  • Widget name or widget ID that should be transferred

Please send me the details privately so that only you and I can view the information:

Question on this - when you do the transfer, does the embed code stay the same?

i.e. will we need to update any code or does it still work on the website?

Yep, the code will remain the same and the widget will be working fine on the website.
