I can’t seem to find the coronavirus stats widget anymore was it taken down?

Yes, this widget was removed from our catalog, and isn’t available for the new users. However, the existing Coronavirus Stats widget will keep working.
I am a new user and had the ability to use it but when I recommended my friend try it out it isn’t there. Was it recently deleted for new users? And if so, why?

You see, since the pandemic is mostly over, and the widget is no longer in high demand, we’ve decided to deprecate it. The decision was made a week ago, that’s why your friend doesn’t see it in the catalog.
However, worry not, widgets that have already been created will keep working
