The payment option isn’t supported in our app now, but we do have plans to consider this idea - An option to add payment button. Please upvote this idea to not miss any updates 
As for the 2nd CTA button, would you like to display right away or only after submitting the form? Do I get it right, that this button should redirect to a special booking page?
