We have associations who need to post their meeting minutes, agendas and other monthly reports. These would be PDFs and need a lisdt based onm year or month. Thank you!

We have the Event Calendar app, that might be an option for you.
Here you can add event cards to show your meetings/agendas with the dates and times. Also, you can attach files to each event:
