Location of Pop-up in Event App

  • Issue description:

When using a desktop/laptop and displaying a popup after selecting an event (I am using the University Event Template), the “calendar” grays out and the popup appears on the page where I selected the event. This is great! However, on a cell phone, the event popup displays at the top of the event calendar page. So if I’m not at the top of the page, all is see is the page go gray and I need to scroll up to the top of the page to find the popup. At first I thought there was something wrong because I didn’t know to scroll to the top of the page. My users are going to have the same problem and not know to scroll to the top of the page. So the request is, is there a way to have the popup on the cell phone behave the same as on the computer, i.e. not place the popup at the top of the page but at the location where I clicked on the page to open the popup?

Oh, never mind. It behave the same way on the computer. It’s just that the computer shows more events then on the cell phone. I guess I need a request to place the popup on the screen (computer or cell phone) at the location where clicked on the page.

This issue occurs because of the Wix iframes. To fix the issue, you should reinstall the widget avoiding iframes - Installing Elfsight widget on Wix avoiding iFrame - Elfsight Help Center
