If I got it right, you’re looking for an automated app with your internal system that will send follow-ups to clients who missed a call from you.
You see, we create widgets that are installed directly on websites for users to interact with.
Your idea sounds like a widget for internal use, which goes beyond our general concept. So, unfortunately, we won’t be able to implement this use case.
