Its not visible in mobile breakpoint

I’m facing an issue where the widget is not displaying properly on mobile devices. It works fine on desktop, but on mobile screens, the widget either doesn’t load or is not visible at all.

Could you please help me identify the issue and provide a solution? Let me know if you need any additional details like the widget ID or page link
