Hi there, @Tender_S ![]()
I’ve checked your website in several browsers and couldn’t replicate the issue:
Could you please try to check your website in your browser’s incognito mode and let me know how it works there? If the issue still persists, please specify the browser you’re using.
Yes, you made it
it’s working now! ![]()
Tnank you.
Actually, I haven’t made anything on my end, but I am happy to know it’s working fine now.
If anything else comes up, we’ll be more than happy to help ![]()
Hmmm, I can’t understand. I open it in Inkognito (Chrome and Mozilla). The first time - it’s ok, the second time - the big distance between events ![]()
I think you’ll see the same thing for yourself.
Ah, I see it now. Thanks for pointing it out!
This is happening because your website’s styles are conflicting with the widget. The good news is that our devs are already finishing up a Shadow DOM feature for the Event Calendar, and it should be released very soon.
The Shadow DOM feature will isolate the widget from your website’s styles and resolve this issue. I’ll update you as soon as it’s released ![]()
Ok, I’ll be wait it ![]()
Hi there, @Tender_S ![]()
Thank you for waiting!
We’ve released a Shadow DOM feature for the Event Calendar app, but, unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue ![]()
The thing is that we have some issues with the Masonry layout and, unfortunately, it’s impossible to fix it with the CSS or JS codes.
However, our devs are investigating the issue and I’ll update you as soon as I have more news. As a temporary solution, we recommend you switching to the Grid layout.
