The best example i can think of is petco.com. They have different service cards with additional cards that change next to them. I think this would be such a great add on and make service businesses stand out even more and make it look more professional.

That’s not quite what I was looking for.
The best example i have is the screenshots down below. It’s from the website Petco.com. They have an appointment booking widget with 3 different parts. The Service you’d like + add ons + Dog size. I like how all three combine together and how they switch on the tab on the right as you click through the different options. I hope that helps!
