Allow users to edit and upload content on a particular section. Like a “take a book, leave a book”. They can upload a document onto the page and download another.

I’m sorry, I don’t have an example. But someone had a good idea to implement it, which is creating a Google form for users to submit their document/file and then connecting the form to a Google spreadsheet. Which you’ll then embed in the blog post, and users can view and download from there.
Not sure if it’s useful or not.
