When adding an Instagram feed, I can only select from the last 60 posts on my account. How can I add older posts to the feed? Can you please help me?

Hi there, @storish_tr and welcome to the Community 
The thing is that after adding the source to the widget, the widget can pull only 60 latest posts. Once the new posts are published, they’ll be added to the initially collected feed.
Unfortunately, there is no way to change this behavior now. I am sorry!
I agree that it would be awesome to display all posts, and we already have this idea on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here 
- Remove limit on number of posts that can be fetched from source feed
