I want to only show one facebook album on my feed. No posts, no single photos, just one album. Is this possible?

You can hide posts and photos in the Layout tab:
But, unfortunately, it’s impossible to show only one album from the list. I am sorry
We have such a request in our Wishlist. You can vote for this feature to not miss any updates.
