I’m creating an all in one chat widget and I can’t upload a new image for the chat icon in the widget.
Any idea hiw ti change and upload the icon image?

Hi there, @Canuto 
To upload the custom icon for the chat bubble, open the Content tab, click on the Bubble icon and choose Upload from Computer:
Try it out and let me know if it worked

Thanks for you rapid answer but my problem continúes.
If I try to change the image , It gives me a message that it’s not right.
