Squarespace Form Block doesn’t support this. To achieve it, you need to use Zapier or 3rd party form. Here I will use the Form Builder Free tool to do this.
#1. First, access this link to set up Form
#2. Next, click Build Form to set up fields what you want
we will have this
#3. Click Email > Notify Me to set up email
and you can set multiple emails here
#4. When you’ve done everything > Click Publish or Add to website for free
#5. Choose Free Plan > Then copy the embed code.
#6. Edit page (on Squarespace) where you want to place Form > Add a Code Block

#7. Save & preview the page. You will see this.
#8. When someone fills the form. It will send submissions to all emails you added in step #3.
