Dear Elfsight Support Team,
I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with the Google Reviews widget on my account.
While the “Date” display option is enabled in the widget settings, it only displays relative timestamps (e.g., “2 months ago”, “1 year ago”) rather than the exact date the review was posted.
I specifically purchased the Elfsight Google Review Widget with the expectation that actual calendar dates could be displayed clearly on each review. After discussing this with your chat support, I was informed that there is currently no provision for this feature. I have since submitted a feature request vote and noticed that numerous other users have voiced the exact same concern on your community feedback page.
Displaying exact dates is essential for our business credibility and customer trust. If a solution or a custom script/workaround to display actual dates cannot be provided as early as possible, we will be forced to cancel our subscription and switch to another provider.
Please let me know if your technical team can implement a fix for this promptly.
