I can’t seem to figure out why/how when I have a post that is deleted from our Linkedin why it doesn’t delete from our elfsight widget? Is there not even a way we can manually remove it ourselves from elfsight?
Hello @user27542, happy to see you in the Community
I’d like to mention that the posts in the LinkedIn Feed widgets are cached to ensure faster loading times. This is why the deleted posts might still appear in your feed.
While we don’t have a manual tool for the feed update yet, no worries — I’ve asked our developers to manually remove them from the widget, and I’ll get back to you once they’re done
Stay tuned!
Hi thanks! Developers probably need to know which ones I’d like deleted though?
I just checked myself and noticed that all the “We’re hiring!“ are gone from your page – please feel free to correct me
If you need more deleted, we’ll refresh the whole feed, so just let me know!
Yeah it’s all of the “We’re hiring” posts. They’re still showing on our side though. I’ve checked the website, purged the cache and checked the widget via elfsight and can see them.
So sorry for the miscommunication! I meant that they’re gone from the LinkedIn page, but removing them on our end will take some time – please bear with me for a while
Oh I see! Okay, sure yes please, there are x3 of them to delete. Thanks!
Hello there! Hope you had a nice weekend
Our devs reported back – they manually deleted the posts, so now everything should be up-to-date! Could you please check if it’s alright on your end as well?
