Hide results

Is there a way to hide the results from the main page but still send them via email once the form is completed?

Hi there, @Josh_Spurgeon

Sure! You just should hide the calculations from the results:

Check it out and let me know if it helped

Hi Max, I have the opposite problem, is there a way NOT to send hidden result to e-mail?

I use some “results” as a easy way to store some values that I can reuse in different calculations, and I don’t want that to be sent in an e-mail.

So basically if I hide the result I don’t want anyone to see it.

Hi @user13387

You’d like to not display in the submissions only some results, not all of them, right? Would you like to hide them from notifications sent to you or to your clients?

Hi, if I turn off “Show in results” I dont want to send it in e-mail, not to myself and not to client.

If you disable Show in results, the results won’t be sent to your clients. Regarding notifications sent to you, do I get it right, that you’d like to hide just Svi dodaci and PDV calculations?

Yes correct.

Got you!

The only solution in this case is to hide these calculations using the unreal conditions in Conditional Logic section.

Firstly, you should enable “Show in Results” and “Conditional Logic” features for these calculations.

After that, you should set unreal conditions for them. For example, Show Svi dodaci calculation if “Odaberite trajanje utrke u danima” value is greater than 10:

This way, Svi dodaci calculation will never appear in Results section since the maximum available value for the Slider field is 7. With this workaround, the calculations won’t appear in the submissions too.

Give it a shot and let me know if it worked for you :slightly_smiling_face:

Good suggestion, but unfortunately this is not a good solution. It does remove this results from my e-mail, but the problem is that now it does not use this values in the calculation.

As I wrote above i use this “Results” to store some values, and use them for calculations, but they were never intended to be shown in the results.

Got it!

Unfortunately, there is no way to implement this use case at the moment. I’ve added this suggestion to the Wishlist and if more users support it, we’ll try to think it over in the future - Remove specific results from submissions sent to user
