Form Builder - Submit Button displaying incorrectly

I am not able to figure out why the submit button on my form is displayed in a second column on my form, no matter what I change or adjust it remains on the side, rather than at the bottom of the form.

It looks bad on desktop, but the form is completely not useable on mobile.
