FORM BUILDER: On form submit, how to redirect to my website using URL Parameters?

I am using the form builder to take bookings. Once the booking has been taken, on form submit, i am able to redirect to my website, where i want to display a booking confirmation page ( using the booking info of the user ). In order to do that, i need to be able to pass the form data to the URL parameters of the page i am redirecting to. Any help on this ? Thanks
