The CSV files for both of my form builder app forms is not displaying the corresponding questions for each data field in my forms. If the email-sending feature fails again, I may need to rely on the CSV file, as I had to recently. However, without the questions aligned to their respective fields, it is difficult to determine what a customer has entered.
Could the CSV export be fixed so that it correctly shows the questions alongside the input data?
FYI: I have two forms and both are missing questions in their CSV files, but one has far more missing than the other. See below:
When you delete/edit field names, the header in the CSV file remains the same. To update the header in the CSV file, we need to clear all records, which means that all submissions will be removed from there.
You can download the CSV file with the existing submissions before we clear the records. Once you download the CSV files for your widgets, please let us know and our devs we’ll update the CSV header for you
I checked the CSV files and they were both initially blank, but after submitting a test submission for each they are now fully populated and working correctly. Thank you to yourself and the team!
