The ability to upload files directly to a DropBox or third-party cloud storage. This would also need the ability to upload larger documents sizes into the GBs instead of the max of 25 MBs.
Example: Client needs to upload many photos or documents relating to a matter, but lacks mobility to come to the office or is in other state/country. The portal could allow them to do such a thing conveniently.

I really love your idea, I think it would be a very beneficial option to upload files directly from the cloud storage. We’ll try to think about this possibility in our future updates 
By the way, in our latest update we increased the max size from 25 MB to 100 MB, you can find the details in this post (Maximum file upload size increased to 100 MB) .

We don’t have a direct integration with the Dropbox, but this idea is already on the Wishlist, I’ve moved your comment to the dedicated thread, where we’ll keep you in the loop 
As for now, you can use Zapier integration where 5000+ services are available (including Dropbox).
