I just paid for a subscription and now seeing that a count registers every time you access the page rather than just the loan calculator. It should only count as a view if a prospect uses the calculator to tinker with numbers. If I have to edit the page or access it, it runs through the my quota. Please advise, as I was not aware that this is how it works. It also makes it harder to track actual prospects.
Hey there and welcome aboard, @Kristian_Lau
I’m sorry that these terms caused some confusion. I’ll be glad to provide more details!
The views were chosen as the main metrics in our service because each time the widget loads on the website, it also produces a load on our servers. So, each view equals one code loading.
Thus, we simply cannot remove this restriction or increase the current limits.
However, to make up for it, we decided not to restrict any of the widgets’ features and settings for any of our customers, even those who use the Free plan. We have done it specifically to let our customers test the widgets’ functionality in full, before making the decision about upgrading to a paid plan.
I hope this explains the reasons behind the view limit.
If you have any further questions, please let me know. I’ll be happy to help
