The comments widget is a great tool and I have a long line of customers waiting that we can use it. Unfortunately, and as discussed with you, it’s not usable for me/for my customers, until there will be the possibility to insert a real name.
I am working mainly in the German speaking markets (Switzerland, Germany and Austria) and customers /end consumers expect mainly German sounding names.
English fantasy names f.e. Frozen Tiger, Wicked Canyon, etc. imply to end consumers that it’s not a real end consumer comment or not a serious person behind the comment, and that’s the main issue.
I can see that for American/UK customers those fantasy names may work, but not for the German speaking community. So I hope this possiility will happen within the next quarter, the devs would make many customers happy with this move
