Empty Space in Instagram Feed

Hi there,
we currently have a problem with our Instagram feed. There is an empty space between two postings that doesn’t go away. Does somebody know a way to fix this?

Also, our feeds are not getting updated still. Does anyone know when this will be fixed?

Thanks so much in advance!

Hi there, @user21358

The new posts don’t appear in the widget right away because of the cache. The cache time for our Instagram Feed app is 48 hours.

The latest post displayed in your feed was published a day ago:

If it’s been more than 48 hours and the new posts still don’t appear, please let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this!

As for the issue with the blank post, I’ve passed it on to the devs and will let you know once it’s fixed :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Max,

Could you please send me a link to the page with the widget, where this issue persists?

sure, here’s the link: https://trend-box.de/products/trendbox
you’ll have to scroll a bit but it is on the 4th block of posts, thanks so much!

I’ve double-checked the widget and there is no issue on my end. Could you please check it in your browser’s incognito mode?

Yeah, we did and the issue is still there. It’s the last post in the 4th row that’s blank

Do I get it right that you’re talking about this post? I remember that it was missing before, but now it’s displayed on my end:

If this is the post you mean, please try to clear cache and cookies in your browser and let me know if it helped.

However, if another post is missing on your end, please send me a screenshot of the issue

Hi Max,
yes that’s the post and sadly it still didn’t work. We also checked on different PCs, Accounts and mobile and the last post is missing everywhere :grimacing:

Just to confirm: clearing cache and cookies didn’t help either, right?

Could you please also send me a screenshot of the issue?

Yes, it didn’t help. Here is a screenshot:

Hey Max,
sadly it isn’t fixed, the old post is there, but now there is a new empty space here:

Also, we cannot add more postings to our feed, is there any way these issues can be fixed? Thanks in advance

Oh, I am genuinely sorry for all the frustration caused by this!

I’ve shared this issue with the devs and will update you once I hear back from them!

Hi Max,
we changed our feed back to 30 posts and now there are no more space issues, however we are still unable to add new posts, they just don’t show up.

Hey Max, no we are talking about linking new posts into our feed that show up in another hidden feed but cannot be added to the live one for some reason.
