It would be awesome to have the option to utilize multiple selection from the drop down field. This way, the drop down shows only one field on the contact form, but the user can select multiple options from that drop down.
Only other option for multiple choice is by using the choice field and form gets muddled / lengthy if listing many choices at once (50 states for example)
