FWIW, we’ve found that the chatbot handles non-English questions surprisingly well - responding, according to Google Translate, with accurate replies in the user’s native language.
To help avoid confusion from visitors in countries where we don’t ship, one of our training documents lists those countries. The chatbot now responds appropriately to questions like “Do you ship to North Korea?” by clearly stating that we do not.
