Different thumbnail image and gallery image

It would be beneficial if user can upload a different thumbnail image for the actual gallery item - this can then be used for more than just a simple image gallery.

Here is an example - where the thumbnail image is different to the gallery item.
In this example, we would use for a sample paper type.

Thumbnail would be image of the paper type.
Gallery image would be information about the paper type. (image only)
