Custom CSS - change hover behaviour on pricing table button

I’d like to change the hover behaviour on my pricing table buttons. The other buttons on my site change to white text on a black background with no underline. Is it possible to replicate this using CSS?

Thank you for getting back so quickly.

I’d like the underline to be gone and I’d also ideally like the button to change colour when hovered over. My other buttons have a #141e29 colour when hovered.
