I have a client requesting a fan forum for a Squarespace website that works like the one here on this UMG (Universal Music Group) website: https://live.umusic.com/gatmii. It allows fans to share concert memories that can even include photo/video and post to a public feed on the artist’s site.

I see what you mean, but I’m afraid I cannot promise that we’ll develop such a widget since it covers quite a custom use case.
I can advise you to hire a developer to build something along the lines manually, I believe it won’t be a tall order for someone experience 
If this request gets a lot of votes and interest from other users, we’ll try our best to think about such a widget, too
