Got a code for you from our devs:

.es-header-rating-container {
  flex-direction: column;
}

.es-header-rating-reviews-count {
  font-size: 16px;
}

You can adjust the font size to your liking in the line 6, then add the code to the Custom CSS section of the Style tab.
