I want to put the review widget on my main site below onto what I call my lead generation sites carchargingcompany.co.uk I’m a novice not even sure how I put it on my main site. Is it possible to put the review widget on my other sites.

Try it. The widget has an install code (embed code) that you need to enter. It’s very well described. Otherwise, you can submit an installation request.
I suggest you try it yourself, because it will make things a lot easier for you in the future. It’s really quite simple.
