Can I change the Google Reviews Color scheme with a custom color?

I would like to customize the Google Reviews Color scheme. Is it only possible to choose between “Light” and Dark" mode? Oder can I enter a color code so that is suits to my CD of the website?

Sure, you can set the needed color code in the settings! Just click on the needed color and you’ll see the popup where you can adjust the color code:

You can adjust the color code for all widget’s elements, not just for Accent Color settings. Here are the elements, where colors can be customized:

Thank you for your quick reply. I did change the color - but it only changes the Button and “Weiterlesen” color.

I mean the color of the grey box - with green frame in the screenshot:
It seems as I only have the option to choose the bright or dark mode but no further custumization

Yep, the Accent color setting changes color of some accent elements like buttons.

You can change the color of the header background in the Header section on the Style tab:
