Now I can add only one option at a time, is there a way to add more options at once?
Folks, our former Wishlist portal, where our users shared their requests and suggestions, was transferred to this forum. You’re most welcome to vote, add new ideas, and leave your comments here — we surely will consider them all! ![]()

Any easier method to entering data in the dropdown feature rather than entering for example. Country; where you can upload values from google sheets, which in turn populates the fields rather than doing each of the 245 countries one by one. Or having pre-set dropdown selections of countries, colours, levels, etc..
@Sapelu that’s a very smart idea, thanks a lot for sharing!
We’ll try to consider it in our future updates, but if it gets popular among the users, it could speed up the release process ![]()
Thanks a lot for helping us!
It would be great the option for bulk upload on dropdown fields on Form builder & Contact form. In same cases you need to have several options (more than 100) and it’s not very easy to add one by one all that options.
I second this! Let’s hope our tech guys will find a way to make it happen in the future updates ![]()
I often build forms that require Lists to be added into dropdown, that have been built on a spreadsheet.
When entering into the dropdown on here, I have to manually enter each option, which is time consuming.
When I started using Form Builder, this was an option. It would be fantastic to have this back, and save a massive amount of time, and frustration

Hello there, @Steve85 ![]()
This is a great idea! Let’s see if it catches on with the community ![]()

Was there ever any movement on this I’m a month or so away for building the new Forms, that will need mulitple input of different lists from Google Sheets

Hi there, @Steve85 ![]()
Unfortunately, we don’t have any news regarding this idea. I am sorry!
The thing is that we consider requests based on their complexity and number of votes. At the moment, we have a lot of requests with the higher priority level and our devs are focused on them.
If this idea gains more votes, it might be prioritized sooner, but it’s hard to give any predictions for now.
We’ll update you here in case of any progress ![]()
What’s strange/a little annoying, is that you had it. When I first started using Elfsight I used to load lists from Excel.
Then for some reason it was switched off
Hmm, it’s possible to upload lists of locations in our Google Maps and Store Locator widget, but I’ve talked to the devs, and they’ve confirmed that we’ve never had this feature in our Forms.
As a workaround, you can consider using the AI Generation of the form:
Here you can describe your use case and paste the list of options for the dropdown. However, keep in mind, that the generated form will completely replace your existing form ![]()
Please let me know if this explains things or if you have any questions left.
@Sapelu Thank you for adding this.
Hi @Helga & Community
,
A “Prefilled Country Name Drop Down List” is absolutely needed , or the functionality to import the names from a CVS or other capable file time
.
I am currently refining a form using the Contact Form Widget, and I also use the Form Builder Widget, Appointment Booking Widget Form, and Subscription Form Widget.
It has taken me over 11 hours so far to add about 100 new countries, and alphabetize about 80% of them to make a grand total of approximately 170 countries
in the drop-down list. It probably took me much more time to complete the the first 70 countries. Once I’m done, I’m grateful I can duplicate it, as I require two of them in the form. Thank the heavens for small mercies
. But, I then have to add that same 170 to the Appointment Booking Widget Form, as both are being used on the same website that I am launching promptly on Jan-7-2026.
This necessary data entry is using up time I need to refine other aspects of the website, like improving the training of the AI Chat Bot, and rechecking all the copy on the pages, and testing all the links. I will make my deadline, it’s just that my eyes are weeping on the inside ![]()

. I love and appreciate the Devs. This feature omission, is a bit of a design flaw.

Community, please
up vote
this feature.
Also, please check out all the Other Wishlist features I’m championing
, add your comments, and up vote them too ![]()
Thank you in advance ![]()

Hi there, @Master_Web ![]()
Many thanks for sharing your thoughts with us!
I cannot but agree that this feature would be a huge time-saver. Let’s hope this idea gets more traction with the Community and the devs will be able to consider it in the future updates ![]()
Friends, I’m happy to say that we’ve started working on this feature and it’s in the Design already. We’ll keep you updated on the progress here ![]()
