There is a company bucketlist.org that is used for employee recognition, etc. They have a widget, but it’s not near as flexible as yours. I don’t know if it would make sense to explore some partnership or such, but we would use it…

Given a high number of request in our Wishlist, we have to prioritize the ideas based on their complexity and popularity. That said, the higher number of votes increases chances for a sooner consideration
