As for the Facebook installation, I regret to inform you that it is no longer possible to directly integrate our widget with a Facebook page. Installations were only supported on Classic Pages, and Facebook has now transitioned all users to the New Pages Experience, which has deprecated support for widget installations.
However, as a workaround, you can add an Action Button to your Facebook page and link it directly to your widget. We’ve prepared a step-by-step guide on how to do that here: Adding widget to Facebook Page
